Nilou has spent over 15 years designing, constructing and managing numerous diverse and eclectic projects throughout the greater Los Angeles area.  With a background in architecture, design, and real estate management, living in Los Angeles and New York, she has developed an aesthetic that combines timeless design with modern luxury and comfort, while always maintaining budgetary concerns and realistic outcomes. Nilou has worked on properties both residential and commercial and has extensive experience managing contractors, materials, timetables and finances in producing quality work in both short and long term projects. Although her 

passion lies in the restoration of the old, she also revels in what is new and the future of what lies ahead in design.  With an emphasis on wellness, she seeks innovative solutions to design and living well, while always incorporating the latest in technology.
